7. Billing, Free Trial, and Refunds
- Subscriptions. Paid access to the Service is offered as monthly subscription plans (currently Creator, Team, and Agency). Current pricing is shown on our website and at checkout.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. as our payment provider and merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Whop's terms of service applicable to your purchase.
- Free trial. New workspaces receive a 7-day free trial that includes a limited number of runs for each tool. No payment method is required for the trial. When the trial ends or its usage limits are exhausted, access to processing features is suspended until a paid plan is purchased.
- Usage limits. Each plan includes usage allowances (such as monthly processing minutes, seats, and workspaces). We may suspend processing for the remainder of a billing period if your usage exceeds your plan's allowance.
- Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then and will not be charged again.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a serious service failure, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
- Pricing changes. We may change plan pricing or allowances. Changes affecting an existing subscription take effect at the next renewal, and we will give reasonable advance notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Scheduled posts may be delayed if the Service or third-party APIs experience downtime.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
